Mumbai IdeateLabs, announces the appointment of Alpa Dedhia as Chief Business Officer. She moves from VMLY&R India, where she held the position of EVP – Customer Experience & New Business. Alpa Dedhia will be working out of IdeateLabs’ Mumbai office.
Alpa is a motivated business leader with more than 16 years of progressive experience in building brands, and building practices around Content at Scale, Digital Business Revenue Optimization, Video, Social Commerce, and Products and Technology Transformation. She has led marquee client relationships across diverse categories from retail, healthcare, lifestyle, IT, BFSI and FMCG in her extensive career.
Alpa Dedhia brings proven skills in managing client relationships, P&L accountability, achieving retention and team effectiveness, managing partner and global projects management. She was previously associated with agencies like VMLY&R India, L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, McCann World Group, Ogilvy & Mather Pvt. Ltd.
