Fintech platform Stashfin has strengthened its core team with the appointment of Sayantan Ghosh as SVP, Risk Analytics & Data Science.
In this role, Ghosh will oversee the management and mitigation of risk through data and algorithms, as well as ensure compliance with regulatory standards, said the company.
Prior to joining Stashfin, Sayantan held several key positions at American Express, including Director (International New Accounts Underwriting – Credit & Fraud Risk) and Director (Customer Management – Responsible Lending Actions, Credit & Fraud Risk), where he managed teams and partnered with global stakeholders to drive the implementation of initiatives. Sayantan’s previous experience also includes working as a Data Scientist at Dell EMC.
