Mumbai: The first day of the Goafest 2024 held at Mumbai witnessed GroupM’s Wavemaker India winning the Media Agency of the year title at the ABBY Awards 2024 and ABP has bagged the Publisher of the year title.
Wavemaker India has bagged 4 Gold, 9 Silvers and 3 Bronze awards while the only Gran Prix for the evening went to EssenceMediacom for Airtel 5G Plus Ultimate Fans: Look Maa! I am on TV campaign for Innovative Use of Branded Content – Integration. Initiative Media stood at No. 2 in the points table for the Media Agency of the year with 2 Golds, 4 Silvers and 2 Bronze awards.
EssenceMediacom stood at No. 3 with 2 Golds, 1 Silver and 3 Bronze Awards in addition to the Grand Prix.
ABP being the winner of the publisher of the year title secured one Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze awards. The Hindu Group stood at No. 2 with One Gold and One Silver. Jagran Prakashan has won 2 Bronze and stood at No. 3 in the points table.
