With over two decades of experience in the BFSI and healthcare sectors, Agrawal will play a crucial role in shaping Probus’s technology vision and advancing its mission to innovate insurance distribution.
His impressive background includes leadership positions at Docplexus, where he enhanced digital healthcare platforms using cloud technologies, and as co-founder of River Fintech Labs, where he developed omnichannel customer experience solutions for financial services. Additionally, he has held significant roles at SAP Labs, focusing on enterprise mobility solutions and collaborating with global stakeholders.
