Mumbai: Traya, a health-tech brand focusing on internal solutions for hair loss, has teamed up with iconic rap artist Baba Sehgal in an innovative new campaign to raise awareness about the importance of addressing hair loss early. The collaboration brings Baba Sehgal back to the rap scene with a music video that combines his signature humor, wit, and catchy rap style to tackle the emotional and social challenges many men face due to hair loss.

The video is an entertaining yet impactful guide for men experiencing hair loss, addressing the emotional rollercoaster from denial to acceptance. Baba Sehgal uses his distinctive style to highlight the stigma, feelings of isolation, and loss of confidence often tied to hair loss. The video encourages men to act before it’s too late, with Traya’s holistic hair care solution offering a viable route to regaining confidence and preventing more extreme measures, like hair transplants.

The rap video humorously acknowledges the realities of hair loss, while encouraging viewers to consider Traya’s hair restoration solution. Baba’s playful lyrics remind men that while he may have lost the “hair game,” they don’t have to. “I might have lost the hair game, but you don’t have to!” he raps, urging men to take charge of their hair health.

Traya’s platform emphasizes a comprehensive solution that incorporates the right diet, routine, and sleep, all guided by expert hair coaches. Through this campaign, the company hopes to empower men to take control of their hair health without feeling embarrassed about it.

“Hair loss can be a difficult subject for men to talk about, and hence we decided to partner with Baba Sehgal, who has lived the challenge himself. Collaborating with him was primarily to tide on his trademark humor and witty lyrics can ease the tension on the subject while delivering the point that, if one takes action in time, the problem is reversible’’ says Saloni Anand, Co-founder of Traya. ‘’The rap has been crafted to educate consumers and drive a strong point in an entertaining manner. We want to emphasize that hair loss is a common experience, and there’s no need to feel embarrassed about it. At Traya, we offer a comprehensive solution and understand that consistency is the key. Our hair coaches provide unwavering support throughout the journey, ensuring individuals feel empowered to take control of their hair health. We hope consumers connect with our messaging and we hope to be their partners in their hair loss revival journey.” she added

The video is live on digital platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube and widespread promotion across social media channels, including Instagram. The campaign aims to make a lasting impact by encouraging men to take proactive steps towards reversing hair loss and embracing their confidence once again.
