Mumbai: SoCheers, an independent digital-first creative agency, has announced a major strategic shift, marking the beginning of a transformative new phase focused on long-term brand value, sustainable growth, and measurable business impact.

In a move that aligns with this evolved vision, Co-Founder & Director Siddharth Devnani will now take on the role of Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this expanded role, Devnani will lead innovation, operational strategy, and the rollout of a robust value measurement framework designed to help brands go beyond short-term campaign success and focus on scalable, lasting outcomes.

For over a decade, SoCheers has combined bold creativity with strategic execution to help brands grow in a competitive digital landscape. As the industry matures, the agency is aiming to shift the focus from conventional performance metrics to deeper, business-centric success indicators—ensuring that campaigns, collaborations, and creative innovations contribute directly to brand equity and long-term influence.

The new strategic model will go beyond surface-level engagement metrics to include brand loyalty, market expansion, and meaningful consumer behavior change—providing a structured lens through which all stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and collaborators, are recognized for their contributions to growth and innovation.

Founded in 2013 by Mehul Gupta and Siddharth Devnani, SoCheers has grown into a 250+ strong team celebrated for blending storytelling, technology, and data-driven creativity to craft impactful brand experiences. The agency has earned international acclaim from award bodies such as Clio Entertainment, The Webby Awards, The Drum Awards, and MMA Smarties.

Looking ahead, SoCheers plans to introduce advanced measurement tools, AI-powered creative systems, and innovative marketing strategies to redefine how success is evaluated in the digital age.
