Mumbai: Casagrand has unveiled two high-profile celebrity endorsements as part of its latest marketing strategy. The company has roped in iconic Indian actor Nayanthara and Natural Star Nani as ambassadors for its luxury residential projects Casagrand Casamia in Chennai and Casagrand Evon in Hyderabad, respectively.

This bold move continues Casagrand’s tradition of creating unique marketing identities for each of its landmark developments by associating with regional stars who resonate with local audiences. The dual-endorsement initiative underscores the company’s commitment to crafting a deep emotional and aspirational connect with homebuyers in each region.

Renowned for its hyper-localized and immersive campaigns, Casagrand is among the few Indian developers to appoint exclusive ambassadors for individual projects. With this campaign, it pushes the envelope further, launching a high-impact 360-degree integrated marketing campaign that includes print, outdoor, digital, and television mediums. Visually captivating TVCs starring Nayanthara and Nani anchor the brand’s storytelling and reinforce the unique lifestyles these projects offer.

The Casagrand Casamia TVC stars Nayanthara in an opulent, cinematic visual set against the open sea. She plays a regal queen guiding the Spanish Armada to the shores of Chennai in search of a limitless life—culminating in the reveal of Casagrand Casamia in Pallavaram, a Spanish-themed community that blends luxury, exclusivity, and happiness. Her magnetic presence reinforces the project’s identity as a modern-day royal retreat.

For Casagrand Evon, Nani personifies the refined lifestyle of this urban high-rise sanctuary in North Hyderabad’s Kompally. The commercial showcases sleek architecture, expansive layouts, and tranquil amenities that offer a peaceful counterpoint to city life. His grounded persona adds credibility and warmth, making Evon an ideal choice for discerning modern homeowners.

Casagrand Casamia, spanning 22 acres in Pallavaram, features over 1300+ Spanish-styled 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments, priced between ₹45 lakhs and ₹1.36 crore, with more than 160 world-class amenities.
