Mumbai: Times Talent, the talent and entertainment arm of The Times Group, has announced the appointment of Rishu Bartaria as its new Head of Talent & Entertainment, marking a pivotal move in the company’s strategic vision to shape the future of artist management and creative collaborations.
Bringing over 15 years of global experience across India, the UAE, and Europe, Rishu is widely regarded for her instinctive understanding of cultural shifts and her strategic approach to talent development. At Times Talent, she is currently managing a portfolio of 92 diverse artists — from emerging names like Harnaaz Sandhu, Gayatri Bhardwaj, and Eklavya Sood, to acclaimed figures such as Sheeba Chadha, Darsheel Safary, and Anand Tiwari.
Her mandate includes crafting strategic growth pathways for each talent — from orchestrating OTT breakthroughs and aligning artists with leading production houses to exploring global collaboration opportunities. With a hybrid mindset rooted in both intuition and structured business thinking, Rishu aims to create sustainable careers, not just fleeting fame.
“We’re not just representing talent — we’re building legacy. My goal is to create long-term value by connecting our artists with the right platforms, the right people, and the right purpose. I’m incredibly excited to be part of the dynamic Times Talent team under the visionary leadership of Mr. Vineet Jain, whose belief in storytelling and creative excellence inspires everything we do,” shares Rishu.
Beyond actors, her vision expands into nurturing a broader ecosystem of directors, writers, composers, and cultural creators, recognizing the need for a multidisciplinary approach in India’s evolving entertainment landscape.
