Mumbai: Licious has appointed Pratik Vaja as its new Head of Marketing. Vaja brings with him deep expertise in FMCG and retail marketing, having previously led marketing and CRM at More Retail.
Vaja made the announcement via LinkedIn, stating, “Thrilled to share that I’ve joined Licious as the Head of Marketing! Even more special—my first day coincided with Licious’s 10th anniversary. What an incredible moment to become part of a brand that has redefined the way India experiences meat and seafood. A big thank you to Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta, two of the most passionate founders I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, for giving me this opportunity. An alumnus of ITC, Vaja began his career in sales across general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce before moving into brand management roles where he led major FMCG brands. With over seven years at ITC and significant leadership experience at More Retail, he is poised to bring a strategic, customer-first approach to Licious’ marketing efforts as it enters its second decade of growth.
The appointment comes at a pivotal time for Licious, as it looks to scale its brand and deepen customer engagement with a renewed focus on premium experiences, technology-driven personalization, and market expansion.
