Mumbai: FMCG major Emami Ltd. has elevated Kaushik V as Vice President – Marketing. Prior to this, Kaushik held the role of Business Head – Relief Oils, Talc, and Skincare, overseeing some of the company’s most iconic brands.
Kaushik has been a part of the Emami leadership team for the past three years, where he has led the marketing efforts for brands such as Navratna, Navratna Talc, DermiCool, and Creme-21.

A seasoned professional with over two decades of experience across FMCG, consumer-tech, and B2B2C sectors, Kaushik has worked with leading companies such as Quess Corp, Zenuine Retail Solutions, Holy Grow Business Solutions, Philips, Nokia, and Procter & Gamble, where he began his career in 2004 as a CMK Manager.
His core expertise spans multi-channel marketing, artificial intelligence in marketing, brand strategy, product marketing, business development, and customer relationship management—making him a well-rounded leader at the intersection of creativity and strategy.
Kaushik’s elevation comes at a pivotal time as Emami continues to strengthen its product portfolio and digital presence in India and global markets.
