Mumbai: Felicity, the AI-enabled game-tech company renowned for publishing high-performing gaming titles, has announced its expansion into Singapore with the launch of Felicity Labs Pte. Ltd. The new entity will serve as the company’s Southeast Asia (SEA) headquarters, driving acquisitions and regional operations with a goal of achieving 2X growth by March 2026.
From its Singapore base, Felicity aims to strengthen its presence in high-growth markets like Vietnam and Thailand, targeting an increase in its regional user base to over 2 million. The SEA headquarters will act as a strategic hub to expand studio partnerships, deepen developer collaborations, and build on Felicity’s established gamer base in the US.
The company will invest $1 million over the next 12–18 months to build a robust leadership team, grow its talent pool, and accelerate market penetration across APAC. With a footprint in India, Türkiye, and now Singapore, Felicity plans to acquire new IPs, expand its player base, and foster cross-border partnerships through a regional developer network.
Backed by strong investor confidence, Felicity has raised $3.7 million across two funding rounds — starting with a $700K pre-seed round from DeVC, Swiggy founders, Kunal Shah, and other marquee angels, followed by a $3M seed round led by 3one4 Capital, MIXI Global, and T-Accelerate Capital.

“APAC is home to 1.5 billion gamers and a $70B market becoming one of the fastest growing regions globally, and we see this as a pivotal opportunity to build the future of gaming in the region. This expansion with Singapore will strengthen our ability to engage with local talent, partners, and communities in a region that has immense potential and is at the forefront of gaming innovation,” said Anurag Choudhary, Founder & CEO of Felicity.
