Mumbai: Kunal Sharma has been appointed as Vice President at KRBL Limited, the world’s largest basmati rice company. He made the announcement on LinkedIn.
Sharma, who previously served as the company’s Marketing Head, brings with him nearly two decades of experience across sales, category development, and brand marketing in the FMCG sector.
In his post, Sharma wrote, “An accomplished sales and marketing professional with 18 years of rich experience in FMCG; rich experience in sales in ITC Limited for 5 years, 3 years of enriching category development experience and 10 years brand marketing experience in Dabur India Limited handling Dabur Honey, Glucose and Tea as a category head.”
He added that his focus now is on building KRBL 2.0, signalling the company’s ambition to strengthen its brand and market presence in the coming years.
Prior to KRBL, Sharma held leadership roles at Dabur India Limited and ITC Limited, where he gained extensive expertise in digital strategy, marketing management, sales, consumer products, and brand building.
