Mumbai: WPP has announced a series of strategic global leadership appointments, highlighting its commitment to delivering enhanced client solutions and driving intelligent growth across its network. Devika Bulchandani has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of WPP, Laurent Ezekiel will serve as Global CEO of Ogilvy Group and Executive Sponsor for WPP Open X, and Floriane Tripolino has been named CEO of WPP Open X, WPP’s bespoke agency team dedicated to The Coca-Cola Company.
As COO, Devika Bulchandani will commercialise WPP’s services and solutions globally, working closely with agencies, Country Managers, growth teams, and Global Client Leaders. Since taking the helm as Global CEO of Ogilvy, Devika has strengthened the agency’s capabilities, diversified its client roster, and helped Ogilvy become the first network named both Most Creative and Most Effective for three consecutive years (2023–2025) on WARC’s Creative 100 and Effective 100 rankings.
Laurent Ezekiel, previously CEO of WPP Open X for The Coca-Cola Company, will lead Ogilvy’s integrated marketing operations, encompassing advertising, PR, social, influencer, customer engagement, consulting, and health. Under his leadership, WPP Open X developed solutions like Studio X and helped Coca-Cola win Brand of the Year at the 2024 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
Floriane Tripolino, appointed CEO of WPP Open X, will build on the platform’s innovative model, leveraging AI and data to enhance consumer connections and strengthen the partnership with Coca-Cola. Having led WPP’s Nestlé account for four years, she expanded the company’s media footprint and established WPP as Nestlé’s largest marketing services partner.
