New Delhi: Qualcomm Incorporated has selected Adobe GenStudio to accelerate its content supply chain using generative AI, as the company expands its leadership in intelligent computing and marketing. By leveraging Adobe’s end-to-end content supply chain solutions—including GenStudio for Performance Marketing, Firefly, Express, Experience Manager, and Workfront—Qualcomm aims to streamline content creation, resize and localize marketing assets, and produce variations for diverse audiences, enabling more efficient, personalized campaigns.
Don McGuire, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Qualcomm Incorporated, said, “Qualcomm has delivered technology breakthroughs that have reshaped industries for over 40 years, and we are in a unique position to power the next era of AI transformation. To meet this moment, we’re rethinking how creativity scales—streamlining the content creation process from ideation to execution. Adobe GenStudio will enable our teams to produce high-quality, personalized assets faster and more efficiently, unlocking new levels of productivity and creative impact across the marketing organization.”
Varun Parmar, General Manager, Adobe GenStudio and Firefly Enterprise, added, “Achieving personalization at scale is a major growth lever for businesses, but inefficient content supply chains often slow down an organization’s ability to customize experiences across audiences. Adobe GenStudio uniquely brings together AI, creativity, and marketing solutions for Qualcomm to overcome these roadblocks, dramatically increasing output while maintaining a high bar for quality.”
Qualcomm is leveraging several Adobe GenStudio applications:
- GenStudio for Performance Marketing: Enables creation, resizing, and translation of marketing content across channels, anchored in brand guidelines and performance insights.
- Adobe Express: A self-service tool allowing teams to quickly create and customize assets, particularly for social and regional campaigns.
- Adobe Firefly: Piloted for generating on-brand imagery using AI trained on existing IP while maintaining creative control.
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Supports activating different content experiences and testing variations across digital channels with simple text prompts.
These applications complement Qualcomm’s existing Adobe investment, with workflows anchored in Adobe Workfront and insights from Marketo, enabling more efficient planning, execution, and targeting of campaigns. By optimizing its content supply chain with Adobe, Qualcomm demonstrates how marketers can scale creativity and personalization in today’s attention-driven digital economy.
