MUMBAI: Zebronics India a homegrown brand, which offers IT, Gaming, Audio & Lifestyle gadgets has announced the acquisition of iBall a tech brand. This strategic acquisition marks a new chapter for iBall, marking its comeback to the market with renewed focus & expanded vision powered by Zebronics’ enhanced operational capabilities, a robust distribution framework, scalable manufacturing support and a strengthened service ecosystem.

Founded in 2001, iBall built its reputation as one of India’s early premium technology brands instrumental in shaping the consumer landscape, earning a deep sense of trust among partners and customers alike. Backed by the ethos of ‘Designed for Excellence’, iBall’s next chapter is aimed at revitalising the brand’s core strengths while adapting to the needs of today’s digitally driven, design-conscious consumers.

Rajesh Doshi, Co-Founder & Director – Zebronics, said, “We are incredibly proud to announce the acquisition of iBall. This strategic move was the result of a unanimous decision by all the Directors, including Pradeep Doshi, Sandeep Doshi and Yash Doshi. We are immediately focused on leveraging this strength by relaunching iBall soon with an exciting new range of products and carrying forward iBall’s established heritage with renewed energy. Pradeep Doshi, co-founder, director Zebronics, reflected on the acquisition and commented, “iBall has been one of the few Indian premium brands that could truly stand shoulder to shoulder with global MNCs. It has been a name that every channel partner spoke of with respect, for its quality, consistency and market positioning. The brand still holds immense potential and deep loyalty among partners and customers alike. Sandeep Doshi, director Zebronics said, “The acquisition of iBall marks a pivotal moment for us, which has been a result of over 6 months of rigorous efforts, planning to ensure a strong foundation for long-term growth. We plan to first strengthen its presence across our channel network, followed by a calibrated online rollout, while consistently prioritising the interests of our channel partners at every stage.”
