Mumbai: Channel Factory, the global contextual advertising company powering performance across walled gardens, today announced three senior appointments across India, reflecting its continued growth momentum and strategic focus on the market.
Over the past two years, Channel Factory has strengthened its footprint across India, emerging as a preferred partner for brands and agencies seeking to maximize ROI through suitability, context, and AI-driven precision. The company’s expansion has been fueled by a combination of strong client partnerships, technology innovation, and a localized approach to business that has delivered consistent results.
“India continues to be one of the most dynamic and high-growth markets in Asia for Channel Factory,” said Kartik Mehta, Head of Asia & Chief Business Officer. “Our investments in regional leadership and local market presence reflect our commitment to empowering brands with technology that enhances performance. As we gear up for 2026, we’re expanding to new platforms and introducing the next generation of proprietary AI tools designed to redefine suitability and contextual intelligence for advertisers.”
Channel Factory’s rise in India has been recognized across major industry forums, including multiple wins at the E4M Programmatic Awards, Auto Marketing Awards, and CTV Awards. The company’s campaigns for leading brands such as Tata Motors, William Grant & Sons, Kohler, MG Motor, Kia, and LG have set new benchmarks in AI-powered contextual targeting and performance measurement, validating the company’s mission to bring effective advertising at scale.
To further strengthen its market presence and deepen client partnerships across key regions, Channel Factory has appointed Girjesh Chohan, Ishika Sharma, and Vivek Singh as Sales Directors for North, West, and South India, respectively.
Based in Gurgaon, Girjesh Chohan brings over 12 years of diversified experience in AdTech, MarTech, and custom inventory solutions, having served clients across Auto, FMCG, Consumer Durables, and E-commerce sectors. In Mumbai, Ishika Sharma, a digital sales professional with over 12 years of experience across Blis, Viacom18, Sony Pictures Networks India, and GroupM, will drive Channel Factory’s growth and partnerships in the West. Vivek Singh, based in Bengaluru, brings over a decade of experience in digital and programmatic advertising, most recently with Mediasmart (an Affle company), where he led omnichannel, OTT, and CTV-led programmatic solutions across southern India.

Commenting on the expansion, Amit Rathi, Country Director, Channel Factory India, said, “Channel Factory’s success in India has come from a blend of strong partnerships, data-driven storytelling, and contextual innovation.
