Mumbai: Allcargo Group, the Indian-born global logistics conglomerate, has announced the appointment of Punit Misra as President – Chairman Office & Chief Business Officer, Allcargo Group
In this strategic leadership role, Misra will work closely with Shashi Kiran Shetty, Founder and Chairman, Allcargo Group, to bolster institution-building efforts and drive long-term business sustainability for the benefit of all stakeholders. This appointment underscores the Group’s continued commitment to strengthening its vision, mission, and values. Misra will report directly to Shetty and will be based in Mumbai.
Mr. Misra brings over three decades of leadership experience across the media, entertainment, and FMCG sectors. Prior to joining Allcargo Group, he held several key roles at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (ZEEL), including CEO of India Broadcast Business, President of Content (Broadcast & Zee5 Digital), and President of International Business. He also served with Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) in leadership positions in Brand and Category management, and as Executive Director & Vice President – Customer Development for India and South Asia.
