Mumbai: The Printers Mysore, the publishing house behind leading publications Deccan Herald and Prajavani, has named Shhri Ram as Head – Brand Marketing & Events.
In his new role, Shhri Ram will lead the brand marketing and experiential strategy for Deccan Herald and Prajavani, driving brand growth and engagement across platforms.
Announcing the move on his LinkedIn handle, Shhri Ram shared, “Excited to share that I’ve taken on a new role as Head – Brand Marketing & Events at The Printers Mysore | Deccan Herald | Prajavani. Looking forward to driving brand growth and creating impactful experiences.”
Prior to this appointment, Shhri Ram served as Director – Brand Marketing at Star India (Colors Kannada), where he spearheaded brand leadership and consumer engagement initiatives.
Over the course of more than 13 years in the media and entertainment industry, he has worked with some of India’s leading networks, including Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd., Associated Broadcasting Co. Pvt. Ltd. (TV9), Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (ZEEL), Radio Mirchi, Brigade Hospitality, Red FM, and Suvarna Entertainment.
Bringing a strong track record in brand strategy, digital transformation, audience engagement, and omni-channel experience creation, Shhri Ram is expected to play a key role in further strengthening Deccan Herald and Prajavani’s brand presence in an evolving media landscape.
