Django announces key leadership promotions to drive next phase of growth
Share Share ShareShare

Mumbai: Django, a full-service marketing and creative agency, has announced a series of internal promotions to key leadership positions, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing homegrown talent and building from within.

Having spent over six years shaping brands across industries, Django has worked with more than 250 creative professionals and served 150+ clients during this period. Today, with a team of 85 professionals managing 60 active clients — including ITC, Adani, Parag Foods, TTK Healthcare, and Swiggy Dineout — the agency continues to expand its expertise across creative, media, technology, content, influencer marketing, and production.

As Django enters its next phase of growth, its founders emphasize the importance of empowering internal leaders to drive sustainable progress and innovation.

The Leaders Behind Django’s Momentum:

Natasha Bhatia – Chief Business Officer

After beginning her career in PR and building Django’s Influencer and PR division, Natasha returns to lead Business Development following a stint at OML managing Bacardi’s international markets.

“If you think business development is just about winning accounts, you’re missing the bigger picture. It’s about building partnerships that push both the brand and the agency to grow, where value and credibility flow both ways. At Django, I take pride in driving that vision forward. The future of business development isn’t transactional, it’s transformational; it’s about aligning creativity with business intent to build long-term, purpose-led partnerships,” said Natasha Bhatia

After spending six years in Canada, Shivam returns to India to help Django reconstruct and scale its influencer marketing vertical.

“Creators today are more than marketing tools — they’re cultural catalysts. At Django, we’re helping brands understand that collaborating with creators is not a tactic, it’s a long-term growth strategy,” said Shivam Shah.

Oshin Kamble – Performance Lead

Oshin, who has been part of Django for four years, returns to lead the performance marketing division with a focus on data-driven creativity and measurable impact.

“Performance Marketing is often misunderstood as a result-driven strategy from the get-go, but it is not. It is a combined effort of Data, Insights, Research, Curiosity, and Optimisation, and in the end, you don’t hope for impact; you prove it,” added Oshin Kamble.

One of Django’s longest-serving team members, Rohit has been with the agency for six years and now leads the design function alongside Chinmay Talasilkar.

“Every brand has a pulse; design is how we make people feel it. My goal is to turn content into visuals that stay with you long after the first glance.” – Rohit Pillai

Having been with Django for over five years, Chinmay brings a unique perspective and complementary design sensibility to the agency’s creative leadership.

“Originality is myth, inspiration is the truth,” said Chinmay Talasilkar.

Siddhesh Parelkar – Creative Head

With over a decade of experience, Siddhesh has successfully transitioned from mainline advertising to digital. Leading Django’s creative team for the past four years, he focuses on mentoring the next generation of creative talent.

“While we are always on top of trends, we are cognisant of the fact that trends arrive without a whisper and leave without saying goodbye. It’s always ideas that stem from sharp insights that stay with people for a long time. I encourage my people not just to think creatively but also to observe keenly. It’s rewarding to see young talent not settling on ideas that are simply good enough and pushing themselves to add more depth to their thinking,” said Siddhesh Parelkar.

With nearly a decade of experience, Komal has been at Django for four years and currently manages over 60% of the agency’s retainer business. She now steps into a broader leadership role, guiding others toward becoming effective leaders.

“Great partnerships don’t just meet expectations. Instead, they evolve them. I aim to guide that evolution with empathy, structure, and strategic ambition,” added Komal Mathur.

Transitioning from Bollywood to digital marketing, Aditya has rapidly grown within Django, known for his energy, execution focus, and client-first approach.

“The idea is only 10%, execution is 90%,” added Aditya Pandya.

Leading Django’s fastest-growing team, Rajmeet is driving innovation at the intersection of AI and storytelling.

“In this age of AI automation, it’s increasingly important for new creators to learn the fundamentals of storytelling. Being able to make videos with your own mind and skills will always outshine the latest and greatest prompt machine,” said Rajmeet Singh Arora.
