New Delhi: Almonds Ai, a channel loyalty, rewards, and solutions company, has announced the elevation of Arpit Agarwal as its new Chief Customer Officer (CCO). The appointment marks a significant step in strengthening the company’s long-term focus on customer success and partner-led growth.
Arpit Agarwal, who has been with Almonds Ai for over seven years as VP – Business Solutions, brings more than 15 years of experience across last-mile marketing, loyalty and rewards engagement, and technology-driven businesses. During his tenure, he has played a key role in scaling enterprise revenue, building robust tech-led programs, and nurturing long-standing customer relationships. His earlier stints at NDTV, Netcore, and Paytm helped shape his expertise in customer experience and digital transformation.
In his new role as Chief Customer Officer, Arpit will be responsible for driving the organization’s unified customer-first strategy across global markets. He will oversee every touchpoint that shapes the customer journey—spanning technology, product, service, communication, and on-ground experience—to ensure interactions are consistent, insight-driven, and outcome-focused.
