New Delhi: Yatra Online Limited (“Yatra”), India’s largest corporate travel services provider and among the country’s leading online travel platforms, has announced a strategic leadership transition aimed at accelerating its next phase of growth and global expansion.
In a significant development, Yatra Co-Founder Dhruv Shringi, who has led the company since its inception as Chief Executive Officer, has been elevated to the role of Executive Chairman. In this capacity, he will focus on long-term strategy, global market expansion, innovation-led value creation, and deeper collaboration with the Board and senior leadership.
Simultaneously, Yatra has appointed Siddhartha Gupta as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 25 November 2025. With over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, B2B SaaS, and digital transformation, Siddhartha has held leadership roles at SAP, HP, and several high-growth SaaS ventures across India and international markets. His appointment comes at a time when Yatra is strengthening its B2B-first strategy and scaling its suite of managed travel solutions.
