New York: Luxury fashion brand Coach has appointed Arjoon Bose as Vice President, Marketing for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India, strengthening its leadership bench as it sharpens focus on brand building across key international markets.
In his new role, Bose will be responsible for shaping and executing Coach’s marketing strategy across the EMEA region and India, with an emphasis on driving global brand momentum and connecting the heritage label with a new generation of consumers.
Bose announced his move on LinkedIn, calling it a transition into the world of fashion and retail. He said he looks forward to working with Coach’s teams to reimagine the brand’s legacy—often described as “America’s Original House of Leather”—through creativity, craftsmanship and self-expression, inspired by the spirit of New York.
Prior to joining Coach, Bose served as Global Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at Bel, where he led large-scale brand and digital transformation initiatives across multiple international markets. Before that, he spent nearly nine years at General Mills, rising to the role of International Head of Creative & Growth Ideas and overseeing regions spanning Europe, Australia, Asia and Latin America.
He began his professional career at L’Oréal, spending a decade building deep expertise in brand marketing and leadership—experience that now underpins his transition into global luxury retail.
The appointment comes as Coach continues to invest in strengthening its global brand presence, blending its heritage positioning with contemporary storytelling across fashion-forward and high-growth markets.
