Ritz Media World bags creative and marketing mandate for Forbes Fab-Luxe Residences

New Delhi: Ritz Media World (RMW) has been awarded the creative and integrated marketing mandate for Forbes Fab-Luxe Residences, a premium branded luxury residential project in Greater Noida West, further strengthening the agency’s position as a specialist in branded and luxury real estate communications.

The mandate covers brand strategy, creative development, digital and performance marketing, launch communications, and sales-led brand assets, with RMW responsible for building a distinctive market identity for the project through a fully in-house, vertically integrated delivery model.

The win comes at a time when branded residences are witnessing accelerated growth in India, driven by evolving buyer preferences, rising HNI participation, and demand for globally benchmarked, brand-backed living experiences. NCR continues to lead this category, with Greater Noida West emerging as a high-potential micro-market for premium and branded residential developments.

“Branded luxury housing today demands a very different communication approach – one that combines aspiration, credibility and immersive storytelling,” said Aditya Goel, Director, Forbes Fab-Luxe Residences. “RMW demonstrated a strong understanding of the branded residences category and the ability to translate real estate fundamentals into compelling, market-ready narratives.”

As part of the engagement, RMW will craft a distinctive brand architecture and communication strategy designed for well-travelled, globally aware buyers and investors – a segment that values brand assurance, clarity of proposition and long-term asset value, beyond aesthetics alone.

A key differentiator in RMW’s offering is its in-house AI-enabled creative and pre-visualisation studio, Contenaissance. Built as a dedicated vertical for real estate-led storytelling, Contenaissance integrates AI-driven design intelligence, hyper-realistic 3D visualisation, cinematic films and immersive walkthroughs, enabling premium developments to be marketed with greater clarity and confidence well before physical completion.
