Gurugram: Integrated communications firm Confiance Communications has been reappointed as the official India PR Partner for the Türkiye Tourism Board for the fifth consecutive term. The renewed mandate reinforces Confiance’s consistent role in strengthening Türkiye’s positioning within the Indian outbound tourism market and reflects the tangible impact of the four-year partnership on tourism growth from India.

Since the inception of the collaboration in 2022, Confiance Communications has driven sustained visibility for Türkiye as a premier travel destination, while building a dynamic communications ecosystem that goes beyond traditional public relations. Over the past four years, the firm has conceptualised and executed a comprehensive 360-degree communications strategy encompassing films, OTT platforms, social media, press outreach, trade shows, cultural events and on-ground activations.

A key pillar of this strategy has been high-impact collaborations with leading Bollywood production houses, including Yash Raj Films, which have successfully integrated Türkiye into mainstream Indian entertainment. These initiatives have leveraged cinema and OTT storytelling to position the country as a cinematic and aspirational destination. Alongside this, Confiance has forged bespoke partnerships with celebrities and influencers to amplify Türkiye’s experiential travel offerings through digital-first narratives.

The firm has also played a critical role in strengthening Türkiye’s media presence in India through deep-rooted press relationships, exclusive press familiarisation trips and strategic media engagements, ensuring the destination remains central to India’s outbound tourism discourse. In parallel, Confiance has leveraged its extensive network within the Indian travel and hospitality ecosystem to build alliances across high-value segments such as destination weddings, MICE, luxury and experiential travel. Collaborations with marquee Indian enterprises, wedding planners and industry leaders have further expanded Türkiye’s appeal among corporates and high-net-worth travellers.

During the course of the partnership, Confiance has executed several landmark destination marketing initiatives, including facilitating exclusive travel trade partnerships with associations such as TAAI and OTOAI, positioning Türkiye as a priority destination among Indian travel professionals. The firm has also co-curated experiential events celebrating Türkiye’s heritage, gastronomy and culture. Notable initiatives include six-city roadshows across Indian metros in 2024 and 2025, Turkish Food Festivals, Coffee Days, travel agent and media conventions, and immersive on-ground activations. These efforts have translated into strong year-on-year growth in Indian arrivals to Türkiye since 2022.

With the renewed mandate, Confiance Communications plans to further expand Türkiye Tourism’s footprint in India through deeper industry integrations. The firm will lead collaborations with India’s top luxury travel consortiums, roll out high-profile campaigns across film and digital platforms, and introduce specialised programmes focused on emerging segments such as medical and wellness tourism. These initiatives are aimed at reinforcing Türkiye’s position as one of the most sought-after international destinations for Indian travellers in 2026.
