Mumbai: Pradeep M has joined Sony Pictures Network India to lead Standards & Practices of South Market.
Pradeep joins SPNI from JioStar, where he served as Assistant Manager – Content Regulation. In his new role, he will be responsible for ensuring compliance, content integrity, and adherence to broadcasting standards across SPNI’s South-focused programming.

Pradeep brings diverse experience across leading media and entertainment organizations. Over the years, he has worked with Viacom18 Media Private Limited, the Film & Television Industry, and Star TV Network. He began his career at Star TV Network in 2017 as Show Director (Non Fiction), building a strong foundation in content production and editorial oversight.
With extensive industry exposure, Pradeep’s skill set spans Generative AI, strategy, operations management, analytical skills, content strategy, content planning, people management, and content creation. His cross-functional expertise is expected to play a key role in reinforcing Sony Pictures Networks India’s standards-led approach in a rapidly evolving content ecosystem.
