Mumbai: Nishit Kanchan has been promoted as General Manager & Head of Revenue at Samsung Ads India. Kanchan, who previously served as Sales Head, has been associated with the company since 2022 and has played a key role in strengthening its Connected TV (CTV) advertising proposition in India.
Announcing the new role on his LinkedIn handle, Nishit shared, “Grateful, Energized, and Ready to lead the next chapter at Samsung Ads.
Four years ago, I embarked on a journey with Samsung Ads. Today, I am incredibly humbled and proud to share that I am stepping into a new chapter as General Manager & Head of Revenue – India.
Reflecting on these past four years, it’s been more than just a career milestone; it’s been a front-row seat to a revolution. We didn’t just join the CTV (Connected TV) industry—we helped define it. In an era where the living room has been rediscovered, Samsung Ads has remained at the forefront, acting as the pioneer in shaping how brands connect with the modern, data-driven viewer.
This journey has been personally transformative. Being recognized as an e4m 40 Under 40 Revenue Leader (2026) and Agency Reporter’s 30 Under 30 (2024) during this time has been a humbling validation of the work we are doing to move the needle in the AdTech ecosystem.
But growth is never a solo mission.

Prior to joining Samsung Ads India, Kanchan held roles at leading media and digital organisations including Times Internet, ZigWheels, Business Standard and The Times of India.
With extensive experience across market research, marketing communications, digital marketing, online advertising, media planning, brand management and business development, Kanchan is expected to spearhead Samsung Ads India’s next phase of revenue expansion, as the company continues to scale its presence in the rapidly growing CTV and AdTech ecosystem.
