Mumbai: VIBGYOR Group of Schools, a K–12 education network, has appointed Vaibhav Narang as its Chief Executive Officer. The move reflects the group’s continued focus on strengthening leadership as it advances its mission of delivering holistic and future-ready education across the country.
Vaibhav Narang brings over 17 years of experience spanning banking, fundraising, strategy, and infrastructure. Over the past five years, he has played a pivotal role at Ampersand Group, where he led strategy and fundraising initiatives across its education and services portfolio. He has also served as Senior Vice President and Head – Treasury, Strategy and Chairman’s Office within the group. Earlier in his career, Narang held roles in corporate finance and lending across renewable energy companies, NBFCs, and banks.
In his new role, Narang will lead the strategic and operational direction of VIBGYOR Group of Schools, focusing on strengthening academic delivery, enhancing institutional capabilities, and supporting expansion. He will work closely with the leadership team and educators to drive innovation in learning frameworks and further improve the student and parent experience.
