Mumbai: Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited has announced a leadership transition in its human resources function, with Robin Thadathil set to take over as Head of Human Resources effective 1 April 2026.
Thadathil brings over 16 years of experience within the P&G ecosystem, having worked across key international markets including Singapore, the United States and Southeast Asia. In his most recent role, he led HR for Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam, while also managing regional responsibilities. Since joining the company in 2010, he has built cross-functional expertise spanning commercial, operations and human resources.
The transition follows the decision of current HR Head Srinivas Maruthi Patnam to step down from his role, effective 31 March 2026. According to a regulatory filing, Patnam is leaving the organisation to pursue other interests.
The appointment signals continuity in leadership, with Thadathil expected to further strengthen the company’s people strategy and organisational capabilities across markets.
