Bengaluru: Excelsoft Technologies Limited, a provider of technology-driven learning solutions, has announced the appointment of Doreswamy P as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately following approval from its Board of Directors. The Board has expressed full confidence in his ability to lead the company into its next phase of expansion and transformation.
Doreswamy P brings over 25 years of leadership experience across technology, services, and financial management. He is recognised for building scalable businesses, strengthening governance frameworks, and driving long-term value creation. His blend of entrepreneurial vision and institutional leadership is expected to play a key role in steering Excelsoft’s future growth trajectory.
Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership positions at organisations such as ISS, Quess Corp, SMS, and KPIT Technologies, contributing to business expansion, operational excellence, and strategic transformation. As Co-Founder and former CEO of CredoPay Technology Services Private Limited, he led the development of a global payment orchestration platform, building strategic partnerships with banks, fintech firms, and international stakeholders.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Doreswamy P has extensive experience working closely with Boards and investors, including leading IPO readiness initiatives, investor engagement, and post-listing governance. He was previously associated with Excelsoft as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, where he played a critical role in strengthening corporate governance and supporting the company’s IPO journey.

In his new role, Doreswamy P will prioritise accelerating revenue growth and expanding into new geographies, while enhancing the company’s technical capabilities through AI-led innovation, including solutions such as AI-Levate, intelligent proctoring, and automated assessment platforms.
He will also focus on strengthening Excelsoft’s position as a global vertical SaaS leader in the EdTech space by leveraging its proprietary platforms—SARAS eAssessments, EasyProctor, EnablED, and OpenPage—while exploring strategic acquisitions and building geographically diverse sales teams across North America, the UK, Asia, and other emerging marketsWith this leadership transition, Excelsoft Technologies aims to further scale its global footprint and reinforce its position in the evolving EdTech landscape.
