Mumbai: Experience Commerce, a full-service digital marketing agency and part of the Cheil SWA Group, has secured the social media mandate for ICONIQA Hotels & Resorts following a multi-agency pitch. The mandate will be held for a one-year tenure and marks a significant addition to the agency’s growing portfolio in the premium hospitality segment.
ICONIQA Hotels & Resorts, positioned as India’s first upscale lifestyle hotel under the Royal Orchid Hotels, is a 5-star deluxe property located near Mumbai International Airport (T2). The brand combines contemporary design with technology-driven experiences, catering to modern, discerning travellers and is part of the Regenta Rewards loyalty programme.
Under the mandate, Experience Commerce will manage ICONIQA’s social media presence across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The scope of work includes strategic planning, content-led storytelling, digital-first campaigns, and lifestyle-driven property shoots aimed at enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
The agency will focus on building a cohesive and platform-first digital narrative that reflects ICONIQA’s premium positioning, design-led sensibility, and service-oriented approach, while driving stronger audience engagement and brand affinity.
