ZEE5 UK partners Narrative Entertainment to bring mainstream UK channels to Indian streaming platform

London: ZEE5 UK has announced a strategic partnership with Narrative Entertainment, marking a first-of-its-kind collaboration that brings mainstream UK channels to an Indian streaming platform in the region.

The partnership introduces a curated selection of Narrative Entertainment’s Movies, Entertainment and Kids FAST channels on ZEE5 UK, significantly enhancing the platform’s content offering. As part of the collaboration, six channels—including Great! Movies, Great! Romance, Great! Mystery, POP, Tiny Pop and POP UP—are now available, expanding viewing choices across genres and demographics.

This move aligns with ZEE5 UK’s ambition to position itself as a comprehensive entertainment destination for South Asian audiences in the UK, blending its extensive on-demand library with familiar, curated linear experiences. The integration of established UK channels is expected to drive deeper engagement, improved content discovery and increased time spent on the platform.

ZEE5’s global content catalogue features over 4,000 movies, more than 500 digital originals and upwards of 130 new releases annually, spanning multiple languages and genres. The addition of Narrative’s portfolio complements this offering by introducing always-on, genre-led channels and strengthening the platform’s appeal among multicultural households.

The inclusion of children’s channels such as POP, Tiny Pop and POP UP further bolsters ZEE5 UK’s kids’ segment, providing safe and engaging content for younger audiences. Meanwhile, the Great! channel lineup enhances the movies and entertainment categories with continuous, themed programming.
