Bengaluru: Infosys has announced a multi-year partnership with seven-time Grand Slam champion Carlos Alcaraz, onboarding him as its Global Brand Ambassador. The collaboration aims to further strengthen Infosys’ positioning as an AI-powered transformation partner for global champions in tennis and beyond.
The partnership brings together the precision and consistency of enterprise technology with the grit and excellence of a world-class athlete, reflecting a shared commitment to high performance and innovation. Alcaraz, widely regarded as one of the most dynamic players in modern tennis, is also the youngest athlete to achieve the World No. 1 ranking in men’s tennis and the youngest to complete a career Grand Slam.
At the core of this collaboration is the integration of advanced AI capabilities into professional tennis. Leveraging its AI-first offering, Infosys Topaz, the company will work closely with Alcaraz and his coaching team to develop AI-powered match analytics and a personalised performance application. These tools are designed to support match preparation and enhance in-game strategy through data-driven insights.
Beyond performance on the court, the partnership will also extend to joint initiatives with the Carlos Alcaraz Foundation, focusing on leveraging technology for social impact through various tech-for-good programs.
This move builds on Infosys’ decade-long association with tennis, where it has played a key role in introducing AI and digital innovations to enhance both player performance and fan engagement. The collaboration with Alcaraz marks the next phase in its efforts to deepen its impact across the global tennis ecosystem.
Carlos Alcaraz said, “I’m honored to partner with Infosys; a company I’ve followed closely and admired for how it is transforming tennis through technology. Innovations delivered by them are elevating the sport for everyone – players, coaches, and fans alike. At the highest level, it’s often the small details that make the biggest difference. I’m always looking for new ways to improve, and working with Infosys will give me the opportunity to leverage data and AI to gain deeper insights into my game and push my performance to new heights. Beyond the court, I’m also excited to collaborate with Infosys through my foundation, leveraging technology to make a meaningful impact in communities around the world.”

Sumit Virmani, Global Chief Marketing Officer, Infosys, said, “We are delighted to welcome Carlos Alcaraz as our Global Brand Ambassador. Carlos embodies the spirit of a new generation that is fearless, agile, and driven to push boundaries in pursuit of excellence. At Infosys, we share this passion for innovation and progress, using technology to amplify human potential, and helping our clients achieve extraordinary outcomes. Together with Carlos, we look forward to redefining performance in tennis and inspiring progress both on and off the court.”
