Mumbai: Seclore has unveiled a new hub in Mumbai as it enters its next phase of growth, strengthening its India footprint while building a globally competitive data security platform.
The new facility complements the company’s existing engineering centre in Pune, which continues to serve as a key hub for technology talent. Together, the two locations form the backbone of Seclore’s India operations, supporting its expansion in delivering AI-driven enterprise data security solutions.
The development follows Seclore’s repositioning as a Data Security Intelligence company and the launch of its ARMOR platform, signalling a broader shift in how it enables organisations to secure and govern data across people, systems, and AI environments.
The Mumbai hub has been designed as a modern, collaborative workspace, bringing together teams across engineering, business, and leadership. It is expected to serve as a centre for innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and client engagement, enhancing the company’s responsiveness to evolving enterprise needs.
Commenting on the launch, Vishal Gauri, CEO, Seclore, said, “Mumbai has always been central to how we operate and engage with customers. Formalising it as a hub reflects the scale we are now building at. With Pune driving engineering and product, Mumbai connecting leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams, we have the India foundation in place to compete and grow globally.”
The hub was inaugurated at an event themed ‘New Beginnings’, bringing together employees, leadership, and their families. Designed as an immersive experience, the event combined technology, engagement, and community participation, reflecting the company’s journey and future direction.
Shraddha Reghe, Vice President – People Practices, Seclore, said, “As we continue to grow, it becomes even more important to create spaces where people feel connected, empowered, and inspired. This hub reflects how culture shapes our everyday ways of working.”
The inauguration featured a digitally choreographed cube-based ceremony led by the leadership team, symbolising Seclore’s execution pillars—ranging from securing customer trust and market leadership to empowering people and building brand strength.
The event also included interactive installations such as a Journey Wall highlighting key milestones and a Leave-a-Note Wall for employee reflections, alongside AI-led engagement activities and curated experiences for employees and their families.
An exhibition by Seclore’s Art & Photography Club showcased employee creativity, with funds raised directed towards the Pragati Education Project, an initiative of the Stepping Stone Charitable Society, supporting education and learning resources for children.
With operations spanning over 40 countries, Seclore’s India hubs in Mumbai and Pune will continue to play a central role in driving innovation, enabling closer collaboration, and supporting its global enterprise and government clientele.
