Bangalore: Gnani.ai, India’s full-stack sovereign Voice AI platform, has announced the onboarding of eight senior leaders across key functions including commercial, product, people, and delivery, as it accelerates its next phase of growth following its $10 million Series B funding. The round was backed by Aavishkaar Capital and InfoEdge Ventures.
The strategic hires, made over the past two months, are aimed at scaling the company’s enterprise capabilities and converting its deep-tech strengths into sustained business growth. The appointments span critical areas such as revenue strategy, enterprise marketing, product positioning, BFSI vertical leadership, international partnerships, AI-led delivery, product management, and people operations.
Gnani.ai currently processes over 30 million voice AI calls ежедневно for more than 200 enterprise customers across sectors including BFSI, telecom, healthcare, automotive, and government, underscoring its growing footprint in the enterprise AI ecosystem.

The newly appointed leadership team includes Rajesh Pantina as Vice President – Marketing, bringing 15 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience, most recently with Whatfix. Om Joshi joins as Senior Director – Product Marketing and Client Solutions, with over 14 years of experience across AI, SaaS, MarTech, and AdTech.
Ankur Agrawal has been appointed VP & GM – International & Strategic Partnerships, bringing global experience from organisations such as Clear and BCG. Farooq Patel takes on the role of Senior Vice President & India GM – BFSI AI & Revenue, with extensive leadership experience including tenure at J.P. Morgan.
Rajat Kumar Das joins as Director of Product, bringing 15 years of product management experience along with entrepreneurial exposure in the Agentic AI space. Sateesh Chandran has been appointed Director – Delivery, joining from McKinsey & Company with expertise in strategy and transformation.
Samuel Thomas joins as Director – Human Resources, bringing over 16 years of global HR experience across organisations such as Google, Geektrust, and Neev Academy. Adish Wamburkar takes on the role of Head of AI Transformation, where he will lead initiatives for government and public sector enterprises, aligned with the growing momentum of India’s Digital India Mission.
