Mumbai: Ducati India has elevated long-time team member Amit Chauhan to the role of Head of Marketing, reinforcing its strategy of building leadership from within as the premium motorcycle brand continues to expand its footprint in the country.
Chauhan steps into the new role after spending over a decade with Ducati India, most recently serving as Marketing Manager from 2019 to 2026. His journey with the company reflects a deep-rooted association with the brand’s positioning, customer engagement strategy, and performance-driven marketing approach in India’s high-end motorcycle segment.
Announcing the development on LinkedIn, Chauhan highlighted his decade-long association with Ducati, describing the transition as the beginning of a new chapter. He expressed gratitude to colleagues across India, the APAC region, and Italy, acknowledging their role in shaping his journey with what he termed one of the most aspirational brands in motorcycling.
Before joining Ducati India, Chauhan built his early career at Blogworks, where he started as a content writer and progressed to a senior executive position. During this phase, he worked on leading brands such as Harley-Davidson India and Sennheiser India, gaining experience across digital campaigns, brand storytelling, client servicing, and crisis communication.
Academically, Chauhan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rayat Bahra University and completed his schooling in the science stream at Little Flower Convent School.
The appointment comes at a time when premium motorcycle brands are increasingly investing in brand-led growth, community building, and experiential marketing in India, making Chauhan’s deep familiarity with Ducati’s ethos and consumer base a key asset for the company’s next phase of growth.
