Mumbai: The Plan Beyond has appointed Priyanka Arora as its Chief Marketing Officer and Founding Member, bringing on board a seasoned marketing leader with extensive experience across financial services, telecom, consulting, and digital transformation.
In her new role, Arora will lead the development of what the company describes as India’s emerging “Family Continuity” category, while overseeing brand strategy, market development, growth initiatives, and strategic partnerships across the organization.
Arora joins The Plan Beyond after serving as Vice President at Axis Max Life Insurance, where she played a key role in driving large-scale marketing transformation programs. Her responsibilities included building AI-enabled marketing ecosystems, leading digital-first growth strategies, repositioning brands, and supporting business expansion initiatives. During her tenure, she contributed to customer acquisition, market share growth, revenue acceleration, and enhanced consumer engagement across multiple channels.
With over 17 years of experience, Arora has built expertise spanning brand building, consumer engagement, category creation, business transformation, and growth strategy. Throughout her career, she has been associated with several leading organizations including Bharti Life Ventures, Future Generali India Insurance, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, Airtel, McKinsey & Company, and Max New York Life Insurance.
Her experience covers a broad range of disciplines including customer analytics, consumer insights, product management, digital marketing, strategic planning, customer lifetime value management, fintech ecosystem development, and business growth.
The appointment comes as The Plan Beyond seeks to establish a new market category and expand its presence among Indian consumers. The company believes Arora’s experience in building consumer-centric growth models and scaling businesses through innovation will support its long-term ambitions.
Widely recognized within the marketing fraternity, Arora has been featured in BW 40 Under 40 and IMPACT 40 Under 40 lists and has received multiple ACEF Awards. She is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and leadership forums.
With her blend of marketing expertise, transformation leadership, and category-building experience, Arora is expected to play a central role in shaping The Plan Beyond’s growth strategy and strengthening its position in the evolving consumer services landscape.
