Mumbai: TVH, the Belgium-based global leader in parts for off-road industrial vehicles, has appointed Giuliano Parodi as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026, as the company prepares for its next phase of international growth and business expansion.
TVH, which has a growing hub in Pune and a warehouse in Mumbai, said the appointment reflects its continued focus on strengthening global operations, scaling customer-centric solutions, and accelerating long-term value creation across international markets.
Parodi brings nearly 25 years of experience across the industrial equipment and automotive sectors. He joins TVH from Yanmar, where he most recently served as Group Chief Strategy Officer and member of the Board of Directors. In that role, he was responsible for shaping the company’s strategic direction and overseeing regional operations outside Japan. Yanmar operates globally with revenues of nearly $8 billion.
Prior to that, Parodi served as CEO and Chairman of Yanmar Compact Equipment, where he led a global business with revenues of approximately $1.5 billion and operations spanning Japan, Europe, and North America.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Bobcat Company (Doosan Group) and Fiat Group, building extensive expertise across international growth, business transformation, operational scaling, aftermarket services, and customer-focused business strategies.
A chartered engineer with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA, Parodi is recognised for his operational leadership and global management experience, having lived and worked across multiple countries, including nearly two decades in Belgium.
Speaking on the appointment, Giuliano Parodi said, “I am very proud to join TVH at such an exciting moment in its journey. TVH has built a unique position globally, combining strong customer relationships, deep product expertise and an entrepreneurial culture. I look forward to working with the team to define the next phase of growth, with a clear focus on customers, execution and long-term value creation.”

Commenting on the leadership transition, Patrick Lecluyse, Executive Chairman of TVH, added, “We are very happy to welcome Giuliano to TVH. He is a leader who builds trust and understands our business deeply. We are confident that his experience and vision will help us grow even stronger in the years to come.”
Following a transition period alongside Parodi, Patrick Lecluyse, who currently serves as Executive Chairman, will return to his role as Chairman of the Board.
Industry observers view the appointment as a strategic move for TVH as industrial equipment and aftermarket solutions companies globally continue investing in operational agility, supply chain resilience, and customer-led growth strategies amid evolving market dynamics.
