New Delhi: Momentum Sports has been appointed as the official Public Relations and Media Communications partner for the 2026 edition of the Madhya Pradesh League (MPL), reinforcing the tournament’s efforts to strengthen its visibility, audience engagement and media outreach ahead of the upcoming season.
The appointment builds on Momentum Sports’ successful association with the league during its 2025 season, where the agency managed media relations and communications for the tournament. With extensive experience in sports communications, brand building and media strategy, Momentum Sports will continue to support the league’s growth by driving strategic storytelling and enhancing fan engagement initiatives.
Over the years, Momentum Sports has established a strong presence in the Indian sports communications landscape, working with a range of domestic and international sporting properties. Its portfolio includes media and PR mandates for the Indian Blind Cricket Team, Indian fast bowler Akash Deep, Servotech Siliguri Strikers in the Bengal T20 League, and Neco Master Blaster in the Vidarbha T20 League.
The agency has also been associated with international cricket tournaments such as the US Premier League and the Hong Kong Super Sixes, further expanding its footprint in global sports communications.

Speaking on the continued association, Bhavana Jagwani, CEO, Momentum Sports, said, “We are happy to continue our association with the Madhya Pradesh League. MPL has rapidly emerged as one of the exciting domestic cricket tournaments in the country and we look forward to contributing towards enhancing the league’s visibility, storytelling, and fan engagement through strategic communication initiatives.”

Welcoming the partnership, Rohan Gupta, Founder and CEO, Sport Ex Consultancy, said, “We are happy to welcome Momentum Sports once again for the Madhya Pradesh League. Their understanding of the sports ecosystem and previous experience with MPL gives us confidence that the league’s communication and outreach will continue to grow strongly this season as well.”
The 2026 edition of the Madhya Pradesh League will begin with the men’s tournament opener between Gwalior Cheetahs and Ujjain Falcons on June 3 at the Holkar Stadium in Indore. The women’s competition will commence on June 4, with Chambal Ghariyals taking on Gwalior Shernis at Daly College.
As the league continues to expand its presence within India’s domestic cricket ecosystem, the renewed partnership with Momentum Sports is expected to play a key role in amplifying the tournament’s narrative, increasing fan engagement and strengthening its position among emerging cricket properties in the country.
