New Delhi: Durlabh Darshan by TechXR has appointed former business journalist Arjit Saxena as Head – Corporate Communications, as the devotional technology platform looks to strengthen its communications strategy amid its growth and transformation journey.
In his new role, Saxena will lead the corporate communications function, including strategic communications, reputation management and stakeholder engagement initiatives for the company.
Saxena brings experience across journalism, corporate communications and brand strategy. Prior to joining Durlabh Darshan, he worked with leading media organisations including the India Today Group, Times Now and ET Now, where he covered startups, policy, stock markets and corporate affairs.
Over the course of his career, Saxena has also worked with brands such as Dell, Lenovo, Paytm and Micro Mitti, apart from consulting on communications strategies for several initial public offerings (IPOs).
At Durlabh Darshan, Saxena will report to Mr. Prashant Mishra, Founder and CEO of Durlabh Darshan, an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and a former IRS officer.
Durlabh Darshan by TechXR is a devotional technology platform that uses immersive 3D and 6D virtual reality (VR) experiences to enable devotees to access rare or otherwise difficult-to-reach temple darshan through dedicated experience centres.
The company’s experience centres are located at prominent religious destinations including Shri Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, Ujjain; Ram Mandir, Ayodhya; Shri Kashi Vishwanath, Varanasi; and Vaishno Devi, among others.
The appointment comes as Durlabh Darshan continues to expand its technology-led approach to devotional experiences, combining immersive technologies with religious tourism and spiritual engagement.
