Safari and Manyavar launch ‘Shaadi Ka Safar’ wedding luggage collection

Mumbai: Safari Industries, a luggage brand, has partnered with Manyavar, one of the country’s most celebrated wedding and occasion wear brands, to introduce “Shaadi Ka Safar”, a wedding-themed luggage collection designed specifically for modern Indian weddings.

The collaboration aims to redefine the role of luggage in wedding celebrations, transforming it from a purely functional travel accessory into a meaningful and stylish part of the wedding journey. The collection combines Safari’s expertise in travel gear with Manyavar’s deep understanding of Indian wedding traditions and contemporary celebration aesthetics.

Built around the insight that while every aspect of a wedding—from bridal attire and jewellery to décor and gifting—is carefully chosen, luggage often remains overlooked, the collection seeks to elevate travel essentials into memorable wedding companions.

Designed for destination weddings, bridal trousseaus, family gifting, and newlywed travel, the collection blends practicality with celebration-ready design. The brands position the range as an extension of the wedding experience, accompanying couples through one of the most significant transitions of their lives.

To amplify the launch, Safari and Manyavar have rolled out a multi-channel marketing campaign that includes editorial outreach, fashion and wedding-focused storytelling, influencer collaborations, and experiential activations. The campaign also features a content video with dancer and actress Mukti Mohan and her husband, actor Kunal Thakur.

The ‘Shaadi Ka Safar’ collection is now available through Safari stores, select Manyavar outlets, the brands’ websites, and leading e-commerce marketplaces. The launch marks a unique category crossover between travel and wedding lifestyle segments, catering to evolving consumer preferences for experiential and personalised celebrations.
