Mumbai: CaratLane – A Tata Product, an omni-channel jewellery brand, has announced the appointment of Dhaval Raja as its Chief Sales Officer (CSO), further strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its presence across markets and channels.
In his new role, Dhaval will lead CaratLane’s sales function across the business, with a focus on driving growth, enhancing retail excellence, transforming customer experience, and accelerating network expansion as the brand advances its omni-channel strategy across India.
Dhaval joins CaratLane with significant experience in sales leadership, retail operations, and business expansion across consumer-focused organisations.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Sales & Business Officer at Senco Gold & Diamonds, where he led retail, online, corporate and digital business verticals. During his tenure, the company underwent substantial transformation, expanding from a regional jewellery player into a nationally recognised brand while delivering rapid retail growth and achieving a successful public listing.

He will work closely with the leadership team to align sales priorities with long-term business objectives while improving productivity and delivering sustained performance across channels.
Over the course of his career, Dhaval has also held leadership positions at Raymond Ltd., Raymond Apparel Ltd., and Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd., where he developed expertise across sales management, commercial strategy, channel development, and business operations.
Known for his structured leadership approach and execution-focused mindset, Dhaval has built a reputation for creating accountable, high-performing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration. His experience in combining commercial insight with operational discipline is expected to support CaratLane’s continued expansion and strengthen its position in India’s evolving jewellery retail landscape.
