Hyderabad: Cushman & Wakefield, one of India’s largest and fastest-growing real estate services firms, has announced the appointment of Gipson Paul as Managing Director, Hyderabad.
In his new role, Gipson will lead the company’s Hyderabad operations and oversee growth across business lines, strengthen client engagement, drive strategic initiatives, and further expand Cushman & Wakefield’s presence in one of India’s most significant commercial real estate markets.
A seasoned real estate professional with 25 years of industry experience, Gipson has worked extensively with occupiers, developers, investors, and public sector stakeholders, contributing to business growth and market development across Hyderabad. Over the course of his career, he has also played a key role in building and scaling teams, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding service capabilities across multiple business verticals.
