Mumbai: Sony MAX has announced a special celebration marking 25 years of Aamir Khan Productions, commemorating the production house’s contribution to Indian cinema through stories that have entertained, inspired and connected audiences across generations.
As part of the celebration, Sony MAX will present a day-long showcase on 28 June 2026, bringing together some of the most memorable films from Aamir Khan Productions. The curated line-up includes titles such as Lagaan, Taare Zameen Par, Secret Superstar, and Sitaare Zameen Par — films that continue to hold cultural relevance and emotional resonance with viewers.
Known for its “Deewana Bana De” philosophy, Sony MAX has built its identity around creating deeper connections between audiences and cinema. The collaboration with Aamir Khan Productions reflects the coming together of two entertainment brands associated with memorable storytelling and enduring audience engagement.
Adding to the celebration, Sony MAX has also launched an exclusive brand film titled “Match Made in Heaven”, featuring Aamir Khan. The film highlights the shared passion of Aamir Khan Productions for meaningful storytelling and Sony MAX’s commitment to bringing cinematic experiences closer to audiences.
