Gurugram: Global technology group Mitgo has appointed Samrat Dutta as the new Head of its Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, succeeding Neha Kulwal, who led the business for more than a decade and will now focus on her entrepreneurial ventures.
Dutta, who previously served as the company’s Business Head, will now oversee Mitgo’s operations across the APAC region, with a focus on expanding its business lines and strengthening its presence in key markets, including India and Indonesia.
Headquartered in Gurugram for its APAC operations, Mitgo also has offices in Indonesia and Singapore. Through businesses such as Admitad, Trendweave and Takefluence, the company connects more than 3,000 brands with over 300,000 publishers worldwide, generating millions in annual sales for businesses across the region while creating income opportunities for local advertising partners.
The leadership transition follows a decade of growth under Kulwal’s stewardship. Together, Kulwal and Dutta played a key role in expanding Mitgo’s regional footprint by opening additional offices, accelerating sales for brands across APAC and earning recognition with the Financial Express Martech Award 2026.

“I am delighted to welcome Samrat to this role. His leadership, experience, and vision make him exceptionally well-positioned to lead the company through its next phase of growth and innovation. I am proud of what we have built together and have great confidence in the direction the business is taking under his leadership. I wish Samrat and the entire team continued success as they build on this strong foundation,” said Neha Kulwal, former Head of Mitgo APAC.
In his new role, Dutta will prioritise expanding Mitgo’s business offerings while driving growth across India and other high-potential APAC markets.
“Taking on the responsibility for APAC is both an exciting opportunity and a significant milestone. Over the coming months, my priority will be to build on the momentum we’ve created across the region, strengthen our relationships with partners, and ensure our teams are equipped to deliver sustainable growth. APAC remains one of the most dynamic regions globally, and I look forward to working closely with our teams to unlock new opportunities and drive even greater value for our clients,” Samrat Dutta, newly appointed Head of Mitgo APAC.
