Mumbai: Mobavenue AI Tech Limited has announced the commencement of its operations in the United States through Mobavenue LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mobavenue Global Holdings Ltd., marking a significant milestone in the company’s global expansion strategy.
The digital-first, AI-native technology company said the establishment of its U.S. office strengthens its international presence and positions it to tap into one of the world’s largest digital advertising markets.
As part of the expansion, the company has appointed Eric Lind as Country Head – United States. He will lead Mobavenue’s business operations and market expansion in the region. Lind brings over 20 years of experience across AdTech and consumer growth platforms, having previously held leadership roles at Adikteev, REMERGE and Top Inc.
According to industry estimates cited by the company, the U.S. digital advertising market is expected to reach US$413 billion in 2026, growing at 14.2% year-on-year, driven by increased investments in AI-powered advertising, data-driven media buying and omnichannel consumer engagement. Mobavenue believes these market trends present significant opportunities for deploying its AI-native technology platforms across awareness, acquisition and activation.
The company said its U.S. operations will adopt a platform-led, asset-light operating model, combining its proprietary technology stack with local market expertise to serve advertisers, enterprises, publishers, agencies and digital businesses. Its offerings will focus on AI-powered digital advertising, programmatic media, audience intelligence, omnichannel engagement and consumer growth.

Commenting on the expansion, Ishank Joshi, Founder, MD & CEO of Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, said, “The U.S. represents an important milestone in our global growth journey. It is one of the most dynamic advertising markets in the world and a natural next step as we continue to scale Mobavenue internationally. Our focus is to bring AI-powered innovation, measurable outcomes, and long-term value to businesses and partners in the region. As we expand our presence in the U.S., strong local leadership will play an important role in our growth. We are delighted to welcome Eric to Mobavenue. His market understanding and leadership experience make him the ideal person to lead our U.S. operations as we continue to scale our global business.”
Mobavenue said the U.S. expansion is expected to support its medium- and long-term growth strategy by diversifying its global revenue base and strengthening its international footprint. The move also reinforces the company’s commitment to building an integrated AI-powered AdTech and consumer growth business across strategically important global markets.
