New Delhi: Bharti Real Estate has elevated Aman Arora to the position of Deputy General Manager – Marketing, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its commercial and retail portfolio across key urban markets in India.
Arora brings over a decade of experience in retail marketing, strategic alliances and brand-led consumer engagement. In his new role, he will contribute to the company’s marketing strategy as it focuses on developing the next generation of Grade-A commercial, retail and mixed-use destinations.
Prior to this elevation, Arora served as Lead – Strategic Marketing Partnerships & Alliances at Adani Digital Labs, where he led business development and marketing initiatives across multiple business verticals, including Adani Airports.
Earlier, he spent more than five years at Select CITYWALK, rising to the position of Senior Marketing Manager. During his tenure, he led large-scale marketing campaigns, tenant engagement programmes and initiatives aimed at driving footfall for one of Delhi’s leading retail destinations.
Before joining Select CITYWALK, Arora worked with DLF, where he managed end-to-end marketing operations across mall properties in South Delhi. His responsibilities included events and promotions, media buying, digital marketing and retail brand strategy.
Arora holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Delhi, a combination that has helped shape his consumer-centric and data-driven approach to retail and experiential marketing.
