Mumbai: Ashwin Rajendran has been promoted at Siemens as Marketing Lead – India, ASEAN & Africa for Electrical Products and Smart Infrastructure.
Prior to this appointment, Rajendran served as Senior Manager – Communications at Siemens, where he led strategic communications initiatives for the company’s businesses.
Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Rajendran said, “Honoured to have been entrusted with leading Marketing for Siemens’ Electrical Products business across India, ASEAN & Africa (IAA).

Before joining Siemens, Rajendran held marketing and communications roles at Legrand (India), ITC Limited and Mahindra & Mahindra, building experience across industrial, FMCG and automotive sectors.
With more than 13 years of professional experience, Rajendran has expertise in strategic communications, business-to-business (B2B) marketing, digital marketing and demand generation, brand strategy and positioning, as well as go-to-market strategy. His elevation comes as Siemens continues to strengthen its marketing leadership across the India, ASEAN and Africa region for its Electrical Products and Smart Infrastructure business.
