Mumbai: The Duolingo English Test (DET) has launched its milestone campaign ‘Built for What’s Next’ to commemorate a decade of enabling students worldwide to pursue international education through a digital, accessible and flexible English proficiency testing platform.
The campaign film celebrates the aspirations, preparation and defining moments that shape the study abroad journey for millions of students. Through stories of practice, preparation, test day experiences and result anticipation, the film highlights the determination and resilience that drive learners as they work towards global education opportunities.
Built around the experiences of students across geographies and backgrounds, the campaign reflects DET’s decade-long journey of supporting learners with a secure and convenient pathway to demonstrate English proficiency. The message ‘Built for What’s Next’ celebrates both the milestones achieved over the past ten years and the opportunities ahead for the next generation of students.
Over the last decade, the Duolingo English Test has emerged as a digital-first alternative for English proficiency assessment, focusing on improving access, convenience and affordability for students seeking international higher education opportunities. The test is currently accepted by more than 6,500 university programmes globally.
