New Delhi: Global recruitment company PageGroup has consolidated its recruitment and outsourcing businesses under the Michael Page brand, simplifying its global brand structure as it marks 50 years globally and 15 years of operations in India.
The company said the move is aimed at creating a more integrated experience for clients and candidates by bringing its specialist recruitment, enterprise solutions and executive search offerings under a single brand identity.
Under the new structure, specialist recruitment services across permanent, interim and project-based hiring will operate alongside enterprise solutions for large and multinational organisations. Page Executive will continue as Michael Page’s executive search and leadership advisory business while being more closely integrated with the wider organisation.
The company said the restructuring will enable easier access to its full range of services and expertise through greater collaboration across teams, markets and industries.
Alongside the brand consolidation, Michael Page has introduced a refreshed visual identity featuring a redesigned logo, updated colour palette and simplified typography to deliver a more consistent presence across digital platforms, communications and marketing channels. The refreshed identity was developed in partnership with global brand consultancy Dragon Rouge.

Commenting on the announcement, Nicholas Kirk, Chief Executive Officer, said, “Michael Page is already one of the most recognised and trusted names in professional recruitment. Bringing our services together under one brand reflects how we work in practice today – as one business, connected by shared expertise, insight, and relationships. It allows us to support clients and candidates in a simpler, smarter, and more joined up way.”

Eamon Collins, Chief Marketing and Data Officer at Michael Page, said, “This update isn’t about chasing novelty. it’s about being honest about who we are and making sure that comes through consistently. Fitting for our 50th year, this refresh builds on our well-established identity and reputation, giving us a sharper, more confident way to show up, while staying true to how our clients and candidates experience us every day.”
Highlighting the significance of the Indian market, Nilay Khandelwal, Senior Managing Director, Michael Page India, said, “India continues to be one of the most dynamic talent markets globally, with organisations looking for recruitment partners who can bring specialist expertise, market insight and scalable solutions together seamlessly.”
The company said the refreshed brand identity and new structure reflect the way its business operates today and will be rolled out across client communications and digital platforms over the coming months. The announcement coincides with Michael Page’s 50th anniversary globally and its 15th year in the Indian market.
