Hyderabad: Zee Telugu has announced the world television premiere of Telugu horror-thriller Raakaasa, strengthening its programming slate with another recent theatrical release.
The film, which enjoyed a successful run in cinemas, will premiere on the channel on Sunday, July 26, at 6 PM, exclusively on Zee Telugu.
Directed by Manasa Sharma and produced by Niharika Konidela and Umesh Kumar Bansal, Raakaasa stars Sangeeth Shobhan and Nayan Sarika in lead roles. The cast also features Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji, Tanikella Bharani and Getup Srinu.
The horror-thriller follows a young couple whose lives are disrupted by a mysterious supernatural force. As they unravel the secrets behind an ancient curse, they uncover startling truths that test their resolve. The film combines suspense, supernatural elements and psychological drama to deliver a gripping narrative.
